IDCC's 24hr Emergency Services
Since 1978 IDCC has offered a full emergency service operating 24 hours a day, 7days a week and 52 weeks a year. When you call us with that 'out of hours' problem you can be assured that your problem will be efficiently dealt with by experienced dedicated staff. With our offices and stores accessible 24hours a day allows our emergency teams to have full access to all plant and stores, in addition to the emergency teams is a duty manager always on call so the teams always have access to decision-making support and technical back up. With clients being security sensitive our staff have been officially vetted. Realistically this is perhaps the only practical reassurance anyone can offer when it comes to opening your door to someone in the quiet hours. Gas, Central Heating
IDCC Gas and Heating Division engineers are Gas Safe registered experienced on small scale works and up to large scale installations and systems all backed up by IDCC's stores and technical support. We pride ourselves in undertaking complex works that many others would not entertain.
Our engineers are equipped to carry out any level of Gas and Heating works, from Boiler servicing through to new installations, issuing Landlord Gas safety certificates, during the winter months we carry out numerous gas boiler breakdown and promptly restoring heating to dwellings

Plumbing & Leak Noise Correlation Surveys
IDCC Plumbing Division engineers are experienced on small scale works and up to large scale installations and systems all backed up by IDCC's stores and technical support. We pride ourselves in undertaking complex works that many others would not entertain.
Our engineers are fully qualified and equipped to carry out any level of plumbing works.
Our survey crews are equipped with the latest technology to trace underground services and identify leaks that are not apparent from the surface

Drainage Installation, Maintenance & CCTV Surveying
IDCC drain clearance division has many years of experience dealing with all types of cleaning operations. Most underground drain clearance is carried out using high pressure water - 'jetting'. Powerful diesels motors pump many gallons of water through 5 or 6 tiny holes every minute to last though most blockages. Indoors, the small wastepipes from sink and baths ect. Need a more gentle approach. The Sanidrill or Sanisnake are flexible, spring like cables rotated within the blocked pipe and feed around bends to the problem.
The typical household requirement for drain clearance should be rare however if problems keep recurring investigations by CCTV survey should should be considered. We offer Commercial and industrial properties a "periodic preventive maintenance programme" as heavy scale and grease are more of a problem in their environments and preventative cleaning maintenance can save those emergency call-outs, mess and inconvenience further details can be given upon request.
IDCC Survey Division uses British made Pear point digital colour cameras to inspect drains and stacks. Whether to identify the cause of some recurring blockage, check for structural problems before house industrial unit purchase or lease, check for problems with new installations or maintenance issues with aging ones, we have the equipment and experience you need.
A CCTV survey report includes a DVD record of the system together with a bound, drain by drain, condition report and a layout drawing. We have the qualifications to make an analysis of the condition of a drain and its performance. Our reports include recommendations for noted defects or maintenance issues. Carefully written in technically correct terminology, our reports may be understood by experts and lay person alike. Even so, we are happy to talk you through in detail to ensure you neither undertake unnecessary expensive repairs nor ignore serious issues.
IDCC Services offers a full excavation and renewal service of all underground drainage, utilizing our own plant and labour. Our engineers are qualified and certified to work in confined spaces.

IDCC Decorating Division carry out high quality work from basic void decoration through to major works which include gold leaf relief, specialist's paints and wallpapers and any type of finish required.
